Titles do not grant ability. ABILITY grants ability. I've seen this, often, in martial arts (belt recognition), religions, politics and companies. Locked inside perception exists the Peter Principle---one of the most valuable concepts I've ever studied. What allows this to be? To be qualified one must PROVE oneself capable of doing a thing---if not able to do so, the person simply is not qualified. Can a person train or be trained to eventually attain a thing? Absolutely---but with effort. Without effort, there can be no action or true attainment.
